Delivery
Despite a huge increase in Postal charges from April 2013, our delivery charges are as low as we can possibly make them. The prices shown include all packaging and postage fees. Our delivery costs are displayed at the shopping cart page, where you can select the relevant shipping from the drop down menu depending on where you want delivery to.

At Bravellous.com, getting your orders to you quickly and in perfect condition is our top priority. There will be times when we are out of stock of certain sizes, or colours but we will inform you of this.
We have a very reasonable standard flat rate charge of £4.00 per order to the UK, £6.00 to the European Union, £4.00 to the Channel Islands and £8.00 to the Rest of the World. So the more you buy, the more you save!
We send our deliveries via the Post Office. Should you be out at work or on holiday and you want your order delivered to an alternative address, you have the option to inform us of this at checkout. If you request the order to be left in a certain place, eg your garage, porch etc, we will not send your order out registered as a delivery signature would not be possible. Consequently, Bravellous.com cannot be responsible for items lost if we have followed your instructions.
Bravellous.com cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries due to factors beyond our control such as Public Holidays, adverse weather conditions or Postal strikes.
Bravellous.com will only deliver to physical addresses and not to PO boxes. A complete address including correct postcode must be provided. Incorrect postcodes cause more delays than omitting the postcode altogether. Bravellous.com cannot be held responsible for orders not received if an incorrect address is provided.
